Great value on hot springs
I got a Hot Springs Day Pass for a good price, saw it on a seasonal promotion. It was worth it, the thermal springs were nice and not too crowded. Saved some money by not staying overnight but still got to enjoy the main attraction. Just wish the drinks at the bar weren't so pricey.
Good stay, minor issues
I booked a Superior Room for a few nights. The hot springs access was a big plus, very relaxing. Had a good dinner at Sura Bar and Grill too. Service was mostly good, but check-in felt a bit slow. Overall, a solid experience, but they could speed up the front desk.
